We collect the minimum needed to run the product: your Google account basics if you sign in, the watchlist/portfolio data you enter, and consent-gated analytics. We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.
Account (only if you sign in). Google Sign-In shares your name, email address, and profile picture. We store these plus a session cookie (httpOnly, secure) so you stay signed in.
Your research data. Watchlist tickers and portfolio holdings (ticker, shares, purchase date, cost) that you enter are stored on our server so they sync across your devices.
Analytics (only with consent). We use Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. It tells us which pages are used, anonymously. Decline and it never loads.
AI questions. Questions you type into Ask AI are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) together with the relevant market data to generate an answer. Don't include personal information in questions. Answers are cached briefly to serve repeat questions.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records IP addresses for security and rate-limiting. Logs are retained briefly and are not used for profiling.
No selling or renting of personal data. No advertising or ad-tech. No data brokers. No tracking across other websites. No storing of payment details (the product is free).

Account and portfolio data are kept until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@stockcue.app from your registered address — we action deletions promptly and confirm when done.
